The County of St. Paul, the Town of St. Paul, the Town of Elk Point, and the Summer Village of Horseshoe Bay have engaged ISL Engineering and Land Services Ltd. (ISL) to better understand the current housing situation in the region to identify current and anticipated needs and create a Regional Housing Strategy. The Strategy will support the development of affordable and diverse housing types to meet the identified needs of residents of all ages and abilities.
