Submission Form: Not-for-Profit Groups
The Town of St. Paul invites local not-for-profit organizations that offer public opportunities for involvement—such as volunteering, joining sports teams, or participating in arts and cultural activities—to submit their information for inclusion in the bi-annual Community Guide.
This section of the guide is dedicated to highlighting groups that encourage active community participation and provide meaningful ways for individuals and families to get involved, connect, and contribute to the vibrancy of our town.
Both the Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter Guides are distributed exclusively in digital format. To ensure access, postcards with a QR code to the guide are circulated throughout the community.
Printed copies are not available for either guide, as we prioritize digital access and convenience.
Disclaimer: All submissions are subject to review by the Town of St. Paul. We reserve the right to decline submissions that do not align with the purpose and intent of the Community Guide.
