The Town of St. Paul has paused the Rural Renewal Stream until March 2026, following a motion carried by Council. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to check back for updates as we approach the reinstatement date.

What is the RRS?

The Rural Renewal Stream offers eligible workers an opportunity to immigrate to the STEP (St. Paul and Elk Point) Region* with the formal support of the municipalities and endorsement from the STEP Economic Development Alliance. The program will be used to attract and retain newcomers and support employers to fill vacancies. This will support workforce development by helping employers meet labour demands, expand skilled workforce and support community and economic growth.

2025 Municipal Election Notice

Residents of the Town of St. Paul will vote for one Mayor and six Councillors. An Advance Vote will be held on October 10, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the St. Paul Recreation Centre. Election Day voting will take place on October 20, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., also at the St. Paul Recreation Centre. Voter identification is required - click the button below.
