NOTICE | Building Code Change - effective May 1, 2024
The Town of St. Paul recommends that The Inspection Group Inc. be engaged when building plans are being drawn to ensure that the drawings are complying with the new building code coming into force on May 1, 2024.
The new building code change affects all of Alberta.
Please apply early for your development permit (Feb & Mar) & building permit to be able to fall under the current code.
