Secondary Suite Rule Change

With the passing of Bylaw 2023-03, Council has implemented a 1 year pilot program to incentivize legal secondary suites.  A Development Permit application is FREE OF CHARGE if it is accompanied with a Building Inspection Report prepared by the Town's contracted agency.
