Voter ID Bylaw: Bylaw 2021-03

Take notice that the Council of the Town of St. Paul is proposing to pass a bylaw pursuant to Section 53.01 of the Local
Authorities Election Act (LAEA).

The Voter ID Bylaw (Bylaw 2021-03) establishes the number and types of identification (ID) that are required to be produced
by a person to verify the person’s name and current address used to confirm the person’s eligibility to vote at any Town
election or joint election.
