Join us Wednesday, January 13 at 6:30 p.m. for the Land Use Bylaw Tele-Town Hall.
What is Land Use Bylaw?
Most of us aren’t aware of these until we begin a housing or building project. Sometimes even after when it’s too late!
A Land Use Bylaw regulates and controls the use and development of land and buildings. It establishes the development permit approval and appeal process, as well as the process for land use redistricting applications. The framework for a Land Use Bylaw is established by the MGA, and all municipalities are required to have one.
