Voter ID Requirements

Have your ID ready to vote! On February 22, 2021, Council passed a Voter ID Bylaw. A link to the document can be found here, the list of authorized ID's are listed on the last page. 

As well, Council passed an Elections Procedures Bylaw on November 23, 2020 which can be found here, this bylaw deals with the election procedures that the Returning Officer & staff would follow.

When and Where to Vote

Mark your calendars! Voters will have the opportunity to cast their vote at either the Advance Vote or on Election Day. The dates and times are as follows:
  • Advance Vote - Friday, October 8, 2021 from 1-8pm   or
  • Election Day - Monday, October 18, 2021 from 10am to 8pm
Historically, the Advance Vote in the Town of St. Paul seemed to be a slower day. This day may be your best opportunity to avoid any line ups at the polls. Do not forget to bring along your ID.
