When and Where to Vote

Mark your calendars! Voters will have the opportunity to cast their vote at either the Advance Vote or on Election Day. The dates and times are as follows:
  • Advance Vote - Friday, October 8, 2021 from 1-8pm   or
  • Election Day - Monday, October 18, 2021 from 10am to 8pm
Historically, the Advance Vote in the Town of St. Paul seemed to be a slower day. This day may be your best opportunity to avoid any line ups at the polls. Do not forget to bring along your ID.

Why Vote?

Every Canadian citizen has the right to vote in the election of their governments. It is how Canadians choose which leaders represent them. Voting is a responsibility that all Canadians should exercise. Your community is shaped by the outcome of an Election. Voting connects citizens with the political process and with each other. When you take part in an election and express your view, you make democracy work. Your vote matters.
