SDAB Hearings


The Subdivision and Development Appeal Board (SDAB) holds an appeal hearing within 30 days of receiving an appeal.  The SDAB Clerk sends notices of the hearing and the decision to the affected persons.

**If you are experiencing symptoms such as cough, fever, difficulty breathing or you are in self-isolation or quarantine, do not attend the Town of St. Paul‘s Subdivision and Development Appeal Board Hearing (SDAB) scheduled for March 31, 2020 at 10 a.m. for Development Permit 004-20 at 5749-43 Avenue. If you wish to make a presentation at this hearing, you may make arrangements to attend via telephone. Please contact Jordan Ruegg, SDAB Clerk prior to the hearing at 1-780-650-5207 if you wish to make arrangements.**
