The Subdivision and Development Appeal Board (SDAB) is an independent tribunal established by the Town of St. Paul that hears appeals relating to:
- Decisions of the Development Authority regarding development permit applications;
- Enforcement orders (Stop Orders) issued by the Development Authority.
- Decisions of the Subdivision Authority regarding subdivision applications. S. 656(2), the Subdivision Authority's decision must state whether an appeal lies to a Subdivision and Development Appeal Board (SDAB) or the Municipal Government Board (MGB). The SDAB meets as required, when an appeal is received. A hearing is required to be opened within 30 days of receiving an appeal.
